Summary
PLANS have been made to increase council tax across Hambleton. Councillors will be asked to approve a rise of 4p a week when they meet next month, following a decision by the district council's cabinet. This would mean an increase of pounds 2.18 a year on an average Band D property -bringing the North Yorkshire district's charge up to pounds 89.48.
