THOUSANDS of holidaymakers and travellers will be affected by the UNITE union's latest set of British Airline strikes this summer. The industrial action could also prove fatal to an iconic British company and cost thousands of jobs.
As I understand it, most of the issues in this dispute have been resolved, and the present deadlock is now reportedly over a perk for BA cabin crew allowing them and their families to fly anywhere in the world for 10% of the usual fare.
