RECENTLY I read this Labour Government has announced such things as a delightful view from a home may increase the council tax. By the same token, will the opposite be taken into account when calculating the level of the tax? Thirteen months ago, I wrote to the owner of the nursing home in Belle Vue Grove with reference to the large detached eyesore property which he had purchased from the hospital trust, asking what he planned to do in order to either remove or improve this property.
