THE BODY of a man pulled out of the River Tees was identified by his tattoos, an inquest heard.
Terence Ian Hough, pictured, a folklift truck driver, went missing from his home in Cobden Street, Thornaby around June 19. Designs including skulls, scrolls, a bulldog, mermaids and the words "Punk" on the left side of his neck and "Tez" on the right side confirmed the 39-year-old's identity. His body was discovered in the river near the Surtees Bridge, Stockton on June 26, as reported earlier.See the full content of this document
