Summary
I WAS saddened by the letter from Cllr Joan McTigue (Built To Last, 07.08.10) as Joan inadvertently highlighted what I believe holds back a significant proportion of residents and, as a result, the town of Middlesbrough - that is a lack of personal ambition and belief.
Joan appears to believe that housing in the pounds 200,000+ market is, and will always be beyond the reach of most Middlesbrough people, who should remain satisfied with terraced street housing or social housing.See the full content of this document
