School nurses have promised there will be no embarrassment for youngsters when new moves to tackle obesity are launched this summer.

This week the Department of Health confirmed children aged four and ten will be weighed and their height measured as they start primary school and before they leave. But some people fear the tests could lead to the bullying of overweight children.
