The state pension will no longer provide the majority of pensioners' incomes by next year, a report predicted today.
During 2003/04 the state pension accounted for 51p of every pound the average pensioner received, but by next year this is set to fall to just 46.9p, according to research by market analyst Datamonitor for financial services group Prudential.See the full content of this document
