Collie Nice idea but they"ve got to be realistic. Why has no new pier been built since Deal"s (which is a short, stubby concrete jetty for boats to tie up to rather than a proper pier) in 1957? How will the group get around the problem that Redcar rocks are an SSSI which cannot be drilled into or otherwise tampered with? They will also need a business plan which proves sustainability of annual revenue costs.See the full content of this document
