I RECENTLY attended Stockton Council's full council meeting when Cllr Steve Walmsley, leader of the TIA, asked about parking policy across Stockton. The answer was astounding.
Cllr Walmsley is a member of the committee responsible for developing the planning framework for Thornaby and elsewhere in the borough. Since December 2007, the working party has met 19 times and Cllr Walmsley has never attended once.See the full content of this document
