GRADUATES are choosing life and learning over cash, according to a survey by professional services firm Ernst and Young.
The online poll, which registered more than 1,000 votes from students who were due to graduate, found almost half (44%) viewed a company's training and development opportunities as the most important consideration when weighing up a potential employer.See the full content of this document
