Summary
I AM surprised that more letters have not appeared in your paper concerning the emergence of the massive carbuncle that has slowly grown on the north side of Victoria Bridge. Ugly does not describe this monstrosity that scars the skyline.
I can think of at least five very good reasons why the plan for this should not have been granted, all of them to do with health and safety and nothing to do with the insulting nature of this poke in the eye.See the full content of this document
