Summary
ON a recent weekend someone set fire to a disabled picnic table and seat on Marshall Drive playing field. It was deliberate as the table was designed to resist vandalism and it would have taken a propellant.
The vandals had the desired effect, they upset the residents who raised funds for the seat.See the full content of this document
