Summary
I RECENTLY toured Stewart Park to hear and see what the plans are to spend the lottery grant. We were told parks are for people, but then we were told that the project that had got the highest vote from the people was for a replacement conservatory, which is not going to happen.
Later we were told that all the toilet blocks in the park are to be demolished and only one block is to be built near the visitor centre. I said that people need toilets, but the reply was that there are problems with cleaning toilets in the 21st century.See the full content of this document
