IT was in February 2003 that, together with over a million others, I took part in a great demonstration in London against what was at the time the intention to attack Iraq.
I regard it as one of the highlights of my life and also the source of my realisation that the Government and Parliament are impervious to the expression of opinion of large numbers of British people.See the full content of this document
