I FEEL I must comment on the article in the Gazette (Family Charged To Receive Elton Woman's Christmas Cards, 19.12.07).
Like Eunice Blythe, I too was victim of this. Having been sent a card from a relative, I had to attend South Bank sorting office to collect it and was obliged to pay pounds 1.06 for its safe return.
