GOOD luck to Billingham people for the regeneration of their Forum and swimming pool, but how many people living south of the Tees will be full of ecstasy after reading the two-page report in the Gazette (5.2.08)?

I should imagine one in 10, for the simple reason that most of the people of Middlesbrough would be wishing the amenities mentioned existed in the town and not in some suburb or in another county.
