BEFORE our planners and civic leaders sanction the proposed wind farm at Hilton and Seamer I would like to know if we really need it.
I'm not sure what generating capacity we have on Teesside but believe if it's less than we use, then we need the wind farm; if it's more than we use and we are exporting the surplus, then we don't need the wind farm.See the full content of this document
