Summary
IT'S good to see that at long last Mr Mallon has now taken a stance on the one area which has blighted Middlesbrough for many years, although he is five years too late.
As a serving police officer I saw him on television walking through that area when first appointed here into CID. It must have been blatantly obvious to him when elected that this area was priority, in particular with regard to crime.See the full content of this document
