I've just read the Gazette article about the new roundabouts planned by Redcar & Cleveland Council and I'm absolutely astounded.
For a start, the council will have spent time and money on meetings to decide on what to do with the roundabouts, then commissioned someone to tender for the job - pounds 469,976 for the first two.See the full content of this document
