Recycling Christmas cards is "small beer" when it comes to paper. We receive BT phone books, Yellow Pages plus Thomsons Directory on an annual basis, which uses vast amounts of paper.
Mine tend to go straight in the bin as they're no use to me and I didn't ask for them. Surely they only require an alterations supplement with the main books only replaced every four or five years. The financial and paper savings would be enormous. One can dramatically reduce junk mail by registering with a mail preference service.See the full content of this document
