Summary
My wife and I moved to Ingleby Barwick last March. After considering the area for some time we originally looked at buying a new property just off Lowfields Avenue. At the time, this gave us a number of advantages including the Stockton South link road, extension of Lowfields Avenue, new schools, easy access to the whole of the estate, to name but a few.
We looked at a new development off the newly extended Lowfields Avenue, the very road which Stockton Council is now proposing to close. At no time did either the developer or Stockton Council's Planning Department indicate that the extension was a temporary measure.See the full content of this document
