IT WAS very appropriate that Bob Woodhouse should pick a walk in the Whats On supplement that featured follies for his article this week, the week that Temenos was launched.

Follies have always been built at times of economic difficulties, but usually the purpose is to give work and thus wages to local people. I wonder how much of the pounds 2.7m went to local businesses.
