The CHAT Cafe and Drop-in Support Centre has been opened by mental health support charity, New Horizons (Teesside). The new centre has seen the former Evening Gazette office in Yarm Lane transformed with a cafe, leisure rooms and one-to-one counselling offices.See the full content of this document
