A protest against live calf exports was to be held today, three days after a decade-long ban on exporting British beef was lifted.
The ban was brought in to stop the spread of mad cow disease in 1996 but EU vets have agreed to lift it due to the falling number of cases of BSE in the UK.See the full content of this document
