A TEES Valley manufacturer, which doubled turnover to pounds 6m and grew its workforce by 120% over the last year said the social housing boom that fuelled its expansion could be over.

Steel frame building maker EOS increased head count at its Newton Aycliffe site from 32 to 70 after winning a clutch of public sector orders -including work on Government-funded housing schemes.
