ARE teenage dreams so hard to beat? When guitarist John O'Neill from The Undertones first wrote Teenage Kicks, probably even he didn't think it would go on sell eight million copies, be forever immortalised by the late great John Peel and be covered by artists as diverse as U2, Franz Ferdinand, The Saw Doctors and Snow Patrol.
