REVEALED: Children as young as 12 are being trafficked to other parts of the country for sex. A project helping the victims said 10% of internal trafficking cases nationally came from Teesside Picture posed by model CHILDREN from Teesside are being moved around the country to be sexually exploited, the Evening Gazette can reveal today.
A Barnardo's project recorded 48 cases in 2009/2010 of children from this area being exploited through sex - nine of which involved victims, some as young as 12, being internally trafficked.See the full content of this document
