Two youngsters were left distraught after midnight raiders stole their motorbikes from their grandfather's Teesside home.

John Christon, 60, of Runswick Avenue, Acklam, Middlesbrough, woke on Friday to find thieves had snatched pounds 10,000 worth of motorised scooters and trial bikes from his garage.
