A CANNABIS user who decided to grow his own crops is in the "last chance saloon", a court heard.
John Miles began producing the cannabis in a bedroom of his home on Warren Street, Hartlepool, last summer, Teesside Crown Court was told. Police discovered the crops when they visited the address on a separate matter on September 7.
