Summary
As a football supporter born and bred in the North-east, and as someone who works on the motivational/mental side of the professional game, I think far too much is made of these coaching badges.
What we need more of in Premiership football, and we do see more of it from lower league clubs especially in the FA cup, is pride, passion, determination and an appreciation of the work put in by the supporters and chairmen of clubs.See the full content of this document
