IT would appear that a number of ex-service personnel are unaware they are entitled to be presented with HM Armed Forces Veterans Badge in recognition of their service in the United Kingdom armed forces.
To obtain this badge they should telephone 0800 1692277 and be ready to give the following details - national insurance number, date of birth, branch of the armed forces in which they served, dates of service, service number and rank.See the full content of this document
