NATIONAL Boys' Clubs lightweight champion Josh Leather maintained his sparkling form with an impressive win for Wellington ABC on Birtley's show at Sacriston.
In his first bout over three rounds of three minutes, Leather stepped up to light-welterweight to defeat open class home southpaw Dave Ferguson on unanimous points, inflicting a second round eight count with a body blow.
