Summary
I WOULD like to appeal to anyone who has an interest in sea angling to object in writing to the DEFRA proposal of introducing a sea angling rod licence. The necessary legislation is included in the draft marine bill and the consultation period closes on the March 31.
Surely one of the attractions of sea angling is the opportunity to catch wild fish in a wild environment without the need to pay for licences and permits.See the full content of this document
