TWO Teesside learners are on cloud nine after winning individual honours at the North East learndirect Achievement Awards. Jason Churchill and Claire Blissett, who received life-changing support from Pertemps People Development Group (PPDG), were named among the winners at the ceremony held at St James Park, Newcastle, and will now represent the region at the national awards in October.
